Support Worker

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic support worker within a small care home supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities. To assist them to lead a valued and fulfilling life, providing practical, personal care and support in all aspects of their daily lives.

As a support worker everyday is different from going to the supermarket to arranging leisure activities, personal appointments and college courses. If you have a ‘can do’ approach and feel you can make a difference with helping adults lead an independent life then send your cv today!

You will need to be flexible as shifts are on a rota basis morning, evening, weekends and bank holidays. The post is for a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week on a rota basis. It is essential that you are able to do sleep in shifts approximately one a week (an additional payment is made). Salary is 17,400 per annum plus sleep in payments. Experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. Driving licence is desired but not essential. An enhanced DBS is required for the successful candidate.
