RESTORE Training

The RESTORE 2 training is now starting. It is so important that staff attend.
RESTORE2™ is a physical deterioration and escalation tool for community settings, including care homes and domiciliary care. It is designed to support people to:
- recognise when a person may be deteriorating or at risk of physical deterioration
- act appropriately according to the person’s care plan
- obtain a complete set of vital signs to inform escalation and conversations speak with the most appropriate health professional in a timely way
- provide an escalation history to health professionals to support professional decision making.
To commence the process each Care Home should identify two staff members to be Champions and attend training. All training is half a day at Civic Offices in Sutton.
