The Met Office has advised that the Amber weather warning has the potential for serious flooding and as such we should take the weather warning very seriously.

Can you please ensure that you and your teams take the required actions to prepare for the rainfall and thunderstorms expected between 21:00 this evening through to 23:59 on Saturday (Yellow weather warning).

This is escalated to an Amber weather warning during the period of 04:00 – 11:00 tomorrow morning.
