CQC Inspection

Dear Providers,

Sutton Council has been notified by the CQC that they will be on site to complete their CQC Assurance of our Adult Social Care services from 12 – 14 May 2025. 

This is a great opportunity for us to showcase how we work together to deliver excellent adult social care and to support the residents of Sutton to live meaningful, safe and independent lives. 

Before then, the CQC may contact you, and when they are here, they may ask to speak to you as well as groups of residents, partners, councillors and staff.  

We have much to be proud of in Adult Social Care, and our continued focus on people, partnerships and place is helping us to improve performance across all areas while addressing our budget challenges.

We look forward to working with you over the coming weeks to highlight some of our excellent work here in Sutton to the CQC Assurance team.
