Nickel Support – Sutton Soup Thursday 17 October 19:30 – 21:30

This Thursday 17th October we are pitching at Sutton Soup. We will be pitching to raise funds for outdoor seating and heaters for our community coffee shop Beans and Bloom, to ensure that the coffee shop remains busy throughout the winter months and is able to provide more opportunities for our trainees.

Like Nickel Support, at Beans and Bloom we want to put the local community at its very centre. We plan to use our coffee shop to run community events and having outdoor seating and heating will ensure that this is possible all year round. And of course means that our wonderful customers ( you guys! ) can enjoy our beautiful garden all year round.

Sutton Soup is a fabulous community fundraising event. The idea is simple: You buy a ticket and enjoy an evening listening to four community groups pitching while enjoying a hot bowl of soup. Then at the end everyone votes and the winners take home the money made on the night. It’s a heart-warming event and a chance to hear about some of the inspiring things happening in the local community.

We have 3 members of our team: Maisy, Hannah and Jake pitching for us on Thursday and would love to see as many people join us on the night to support us as possible.

The more money we can raise the more positive change we can make!
