Provider support guide for Christmas and New Year 2021/2022

We have created a handy downloadable resource to help you over the Christmas and New Year break, giving details on where you can get help/support for your care home and for the residents you support.

Health & Social Care domiciliary support

Sutton Health and Social Care domiciliary support is available to provide assessments, advice, falls pick-up, night nursing and palliative care advice. They can support patients to receive extra care while they are unwell.

The team are based all around Sutton and can do urgent visits which are within 2 hours of the call.

Call them on 020 8296 4111, 7am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. 

On evenings and weekends, please call 111 for advice.

GP appointments on weekends can be booked through 07578 813 838 or evenings and weekends through SELDOC 020 8693 9066.
