COVID-19 booster availability FRIDAY 24 DECEMBER

Wallington Old Town hall is open 10am to 4pm on Friday 24 December for Covid vaccinations.

No appointment is required – Care Home staff, Health and Social Care staff can just turn up.

Please bring proof of employment and you will be moved through to the front of the queue.

Proof of employment may be:

·       Staff identity card

·       Letter from employer

·       Wage slip within last 3 months
