From Sunday 11 April 2021 we are offering walk-in sessions for all front-line health and care workers who have not yet had their first vaccine at our community vaccination centres. You can also receive the vaccine at one of four local pharmacy sites:
- Ace Pharmacy: 1-3 Acre Parade, Hood Road, Chessington
- Mayday Community Pharmacy: 508 London Road, Croydon
- St Boniface Church: 185 Mitcham Road, Wandsworth
- Valley Pharmacy: St Aiden’s Church Hall, Chipstead Valley Road, Croydon
The coronavirus vaccine is safe and effective and remains our best protection against Covid-19 and the surest route to a return to normal life. Across South West London, we have now delivered over 800,000 vaccinations.
If you are a front-line health or care worker over 30, eligible for the Covid-19 vaccination, but haven’t got around to booking your appointment, come along to any of the nine community vaccination centres or four pharmacies offering the vaccine in South West London. Our nine community vaccination centres and when they are opening this week are in the table below.
If you are under 30 with no health conditions you should contact your own GP to be supported to have an alternative vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna).
Please bring proof of employment like your work ID badge and a letter from your employer to confirm your eligibility as a front-line health or care worker.
Front-line health and social care staff can use the National Booking System to book a specific appointment at a wide range of vaccine centres. You can do this by visiting this webpage or by calling 119. The full list of South West London vaccination centres is available here.
